Some might say I’m over reacting but I’ve known this for quite some time that this song “We are the World” is not of God. From the beginning to end it it sound sweet. But read the lyrics.
What does God say about the “World?” And than what does scripture say concerning what Willie Nelson said. I found it very unbelievable that some of those people who sang this song with Michael Jackson, who at one time claimed to be Christians, or sang music about God would not notice those lyrics being error. It shows how ignorant they are of God’s Word.
Matthew 4:3-4–“And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
