Anchor of Hope Ministry in Orange Cove
Dear friends of Compassion For God's People Ministry our team would like to apologize for the inconvenience of life. Unfortunately we have a small team operating the website, Facebook, and also YouTube channel, and with the busy schedules of life it becomes too difficult to run the ministry. But with all that said we are starting a new year, and with the new year beginning we are exciting for what God is going to do this next year in 2021. We will declare and prophesy that the year 2021 is the year of restoration.
The year 2020 and even further back many of us dealt with lost, setbacks and felt like the enemy was destroying us, our family and friends relationship. But I feel God is about to restore relationships in such a way we never expected in 2021. Today on Christmas Eve we would like to present to you some pastors out of Orange Cove, California. They started their church a couple of years ago and with some obstacles that could have destroyed them, they fought the good fight of faith and kept trusting God through it all. Even with 2020 the year of Covid 19 (the Chinese virus), they had to have services cancelled, and with a small congregation they still survived the year, well mega churches had to close their doors for good. With God on their side, WHO SHALL BE AGAINST THEM?
We would like to share our support of Anchor of Hope Ministry and we pray that God continues to lead and guide this ministry and that God will open doors for them as God brings in the lost. If you would like to visit this church you can every Sunday Morning at 10:45AM. If you have questions or concerns, about this ministry please email us and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
God Bless You and Have a Merry Christmas

Jesus Is Everlasting
Everything you see today will one day fade away. Life is a vapor. Cities and societies come and go. Jesus is an everlasting constant among this change—because He existed before the foundations of the world.

When Someone Dies Where Do They Go? Third Series
Christians at death go immediately to heaven to await the resurrection of their sleeping bodies (2 Corinthians 5:8; Philippians 1:21-24; Hebrews 12:22-23; Revelation 6:9-11). When Christ leaves heaven to come down in the air of the earth (v17), the saints that are in heaven will come back with Him and be reunited with their bodies which will be resurrected in a moment (v14; 1 Corinthians 15:51-58)
2 Corinthians 5:8--"We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
To die and be absent from the body means we go to heaven to be with the Lord (v8. Philippians 1:21-24; Hebrews 12:23; James 2:26; Revelations 6:9-11). This is proof that the inner man does not go to the grave at death, but to heaven, if one is righteous. If one is wicked he goes to hell awaiting the resurrection of his body (Luke 16:19-31; Revelations 20:11-15)

When Someone Dies Where do They Go? Second Series
1 Thessalonians 4:14--"For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him."
Sleep means death of the body (1 Thessalonians 4:14-16; 5:10; Deuteronomy 31:16; 2 Samuel 7:12; 1 Kings 1:21; Job 7:21; Pslams 13:3; Daniel 12:2; Mark 5:39; Luke 8:52; John 11:11-14; Acts 13:36; 1 Corinthians 11:30; 15:51; James 2:26). These are all the passages where the word sleep is found in connection with death. The word slept is used in Matthew 27:52; 1 Corinthians 15:20 of death and the phrase slept with his fathers is used 36 times of death in the Old Testament.
Not one time is it stated that the soul sleeps. The soul is immortal (1 Peter 3:4). The term sleep in Jesus simply refers to those who were in Christ at their death (v14, 16)

When Someone Dies Where Do They Go? First Series
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep"
First of all the Apostle Paul speaks to the church telling them not to be ignorant. Here are six things that we as Christians shouldn't be ignorant of. Your homework is to look up the scripture text as I provide it.
6 Things not to be igorant of:
1. God's faithfulness in trouble (2 Corinthians 8-10)
2. Gospel responsibility (Romans 1:11-18)
3. Spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12)
4. God's purpose for Israel (Romans 11:25-32)
5. The resurrection and future life (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
6. God's judgment of backsliders (1 Corinthians 10:1-13)
Next verse 12 speaks of those who are asleep:
4Th New Testament prophecy in 1 Thessalonians (4:13-5:10, unfulfilled). Next 1 Thessalonians 5:23.
6 New Revelation (4:12):
1. All who die in Jesus will be brought back from heaven to be given resurrected bodies (v14; John 5:28-29; 1 Corinthians 15:20-23, 35-58; Philippians 3:21)
2. The living in Christ at this time will not die but be changed (v 15-17; 1 Corinthians 15;51-58;
2 Corinthians 5:1:10; Philippians 3:21)
3. This is the coming of the Lord in the air, not His coming to the earth (v15-17; 2 Thessalonians 2:7, Revalations 4:1)
4. The Lord Himself, not some other one, shall descend from heaven to translate the saints (v16; John 14:1-3; 1 Corinthians 15:23, 51:58; Philippians 3:21)
5. The dead in Christ shall rise first before the living are changed (v16; 1 Corinthians 15:23, 51-58; Philippians 3:21; John 5:28-29)
6. The church and all in Christ from Abel to this time will be changed from immortality in body in a moment and will be caught up (raptured) with the dead in Christ to meet the Lord in the air (v17; John 14:1-3; Luke 21:36; 1 corinthians 15:23, 51-58; Philippians 3:21; 2 Corinthians 5:1-10; Colossians 3:4; 2 Thessalonians 2:7; Ephesians 5:27)

San Francisco Walk of Life 2020
Friday, January 24, 2020
March of Life in San Francisco California Saturday January 25TH 2020
Exodus 20:13--"Thou shalt not kill." |
The first Walk for Life was held on January 22, 2005. Several thousand protesters (7,000, according to organizers) gathered downtown in Justin Herman Plaza and marched 2.5 miles to the Marina Green via the waterfront.
Organizers claimed 15,000 demonstrators in 2006 and 20,000 in 2007. In 2008, the San Francisco Chronicle estimated at least 10,000 people were bussed in from all over the state and beyond. On Saturday, January 24, 2009, organizers claimed "tens of thousands" of marchers. On Saturday, January 22, 2011, more than 40,000 people gathered for the seventh annual Walk, in downtown San Francisco.
Supporters of legal abortion have staged yearly counter-demonstrations, much smaller in size than the pro-life demonstration. Local media noted that the tone in encounters between opposing sides grew less confrontational in 2009.

Happy New Year 2020, A New Year for a New Plan
I just wanted to express with great joy Happy New Year and may the Lord bless you this year with a new plan. I think it's with great sacrifice that we can offer great praise unto the Lord because of what God's Word says, "By him, therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." -(Hebrews 13:15). Their was another specific scripture I wanted to use, but for some odd reason I can't think of it. But basically, the point I'm trying to make is that a lot of us need new plans for the year to get past certain obstacles in our life. As Cheif Editor of the ministry, I had some major challenges in my life for many years that I had to make a major decision within the ministry. I had to resign as President, but take on a position that didn’t leave me as the one who makes the final decisions for the ministry. Because what I was dealing with was affecting the ministry badly and so as 2020 begins the sacrifices I’ll be making will be major to me. Another sacrifice is bringing in finances because we have asked and requested donations and because of our status as not very well known as a ministry I figure people don’t want to give. Our mission for this year is to at least come up with $1,000 for bibles to help those in need. If anyone is interested please go to our Paypal and donate. Please make a sacrifice for those in need of a Bible.
God Bless!!!
